By creating a BillAfrik account or using any BillAfrik service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use BillAfrik.
3. Your Wallet
Your BillAfrik wallet holds funds you've added for use across our services. Wallet balances are not interest-bearing and are intended for near-term use on the platform.
4. Transactions
You are responsible for the accuracy of details you enter (phone numbers, meter numbers, smartcard numbers). BillAfrik is not liable for losses arising from incorrect details you supplied.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use BillAfrik for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
